How long does shipping take for my Powkiddy console?
Standard international shipping typically takes between 10 to 20 business days. Processing your order usually takes 1-3 days before dispatch. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do the consoles come pre-loaded with games?
Most of our devices come with a standard TF card containing a variety of open-source games. However, the exact library depends on the specific model and storage capacity selected at checkout.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. The device must be in its original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
