At Powkiddy Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handheld gaming experience. If your device is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure the device is placed in its original packaging including all accessories, SD cards, charging cables, and manuals that were included in the box.

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  Inspection and Refund
